Remote Content Specialist Job in UK Frontiers

Who you are

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree or higher with a keen interest in research dissemination
• Previous experience in a publisher/academic environment with project management skills
• Experience in a commercial, customer-facing role
• Confident in an outward-facing role with verbal and written communication skills, including telephone manner
• Target-driven mindset, meeting tight deadlines, prioritizing workload under pressure
• Collaboration skills, effective team player
• Strong administration skills, fluent with MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems beneficial
• Ability to influence and negotiate
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make thoughtful decisions
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency

What the job involves

• Provide Research Topic publishing opportunities for changing research communities
• Coordinate the Research Topic from launch to online publication, collaborating with other Specialists and Journal Manager
• Serve as the primary contact for leading researchers worldwide to acquire quality content for the journals
