Requirements

- Experience writing in personal finance fintech or financial services

- Experience using a content management system and project management tools such as Wrike Monday Jira or Confluence

- Write and edit educational and editorial content for Learning Center articles guides FAQs product pages and lifecycle emails
- Create AI-optimized content designed to be cited trusted and surfaced in AI search results while supporting organic discovery
- Maintain content freshness identify strategic gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing product and engineering goals
