Who you are
Create high-quality content within the app and for out-of-app campaigns
Lead the planning and delivery of engagement campaigns
Provide creative and copy/content support for all campaigns and content
Lead the strategy for engaging audiences in content and campaigns
Ensure customers are at the heart of our actions, enhancing customer relationships
Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, keep them informed
Lead production of compliant image library with creative team
Develop and maintain repository for suitable and reusable brand assets
Own the planning and delivery of projects from initial brief through to measurement
Use analytics tools for tracking and reporting on campaign performance
Make improvements based on measurable objectives, data and feedback
Support content team in keeping content up to date and accurate
Adhere to the FCA Conduct rules

What the job involves
Producing high-quality, engaging and effective copy for content campaigns
Fostering meaningful customer relationships, driving engagement, and enhancing customer satisfaction
Ensuring personalized, relevant, and timely communications, elevating customer experience
Leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of CRM campaigns across multiple channels
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for a cohesive approach to management
Tracking and measuring effectiveness of CRM initiatives for strategy refinement
