Requirements
- Passion for the mission to help people pray
- Exceptional writing craft with clarity beauty and depth
- Grounding in Catholic and broader Christian theology scripture and spiritual tradition
- Ability to distinguish devotional from catechetical writing
- Cultural awareness of what people are watching reading and talking about
- Collaborative and coachable approach
- At least 3 years of professional writing experience
- Degree in theology English creative writing or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating spiritual depth and narrative craft
- Willingness to travel 1 to 2 times per quarter and for in person team meetings twice a year

Day to day
- Craft theologically grounded meditations reflections and guided prayers that lead users into meaningful encounters with God
- Own creative direction from idea generation and talent sourcing through recording sessions and final audio direction
- Build creative partnerships with external collaborators and shape new series seasonal content and engaging formats
