What the job involves
- Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 D365 across at least three areas such as Sales Customer Service Omni Channel Customer Insights Journeys Customer Insights Data Field Service or Project Operations PSA
- Demonstrated ability to deliver D365 solutions that meet specified requirements adhere to budget and timelines while ensuring high quality and leveraging out-of-the-box features
- Proficient in aligning business processes and requirements with D365’s native capabilities identifying gaps and recommending solutions for additional functionality
- Expertise in setting up complex Power Automate flows including handling errors and generating reports
- Conducting gap analysis to compare D365 capabilities with existing business processes and proposing workarounds or solutions to close those gaps
