Day to day
- Execute and QA lifecycle campaigns across email SMS and direct mail in Braze and related tools
- Build and maintain campaign logic segmentation and audience definitions to support high-priority Member Growth programs
- Lead webinar operations end-to-end including setup promotion reminders follow-ups and reporting while partnering with Growth and Data teams on experiments and performance measurement
