What the job involves

• Draft review and finalize contractual documents including supplier contracts and terms and conditions
• Ensure all contractual documentation complies with legal standards and organizational policies
• Assist in negotiations and provide support in contract discussions
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents
• Implement and manage version control systems to ensure the latest documents are available and accessible
• Ensure all documents are stored securely and are easily retrievable
• Ensure all legal documentation complies with relevant ISO standards particularly ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with quality assurance standards
• Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient organizational management systems
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as required
• Assist with special projects and legal research as needed
