  • Proven success placing contract and contract-to-hire talent
  • Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of staffing economics including bill rates pay rates burden markups and margins
  • Experience with consultant onboarding timecards payroll coordination and engagement management
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build a growing division
