Requirements
- 5+ years of contract staffing or consulting recruiting experience
- Proven success placing contract and contract-to-hire talent
- Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle
- Strong understanding of staffing economics including bill rates pay rates burden markups and margins
- Experience with consultant onboarding timecards payroll coordination and engagement management
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build a growing division

Day to day
- Build and manage a contract staffing desk while developing new client relationships and consulting opportunities
- Recruit and place contract contract-to-hire and direct hire talent across multiple verticals and skill sets
- Negotiate bill rates pay rates markups and conversion terms while managing consultant onboarding engagement and workforce planning
