- Must have worked for a private equity owned portfolio company or PE firm for at least 2 years
- Comfortable with project-based assignments and committed to project completion
- Strong financial planning and financial statement analysis skills
- Proficient in Excel including advanced functions pivot tables Power BI
- Excellent interpersonal skills adept at completing projects through influence and rapport
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting and financial reporting
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with mid-market software like NetSuite Intacct Acumatica SAGE 100 500
Day to day
- Assist clients with day-to-day accounting activities
- Oversee financial planning & analysis efforts
- Lead process optimization projects
- Conduct quality of earnings studies
- Handle interim roles across various industries
