Requirements
- Experience building financial infrastructure in a growing company
- Deep QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Hands-on cash flow management and forecasting
- Payment processor reconciliation experience
- Self-managed schedule with strong communication
- Available 40+ hours per week during SOP development then 5-10 hours per week ongoing

Day to day
- Build and formalize financial policies SOPs and controls for scalable operations
- Own cash management including forecasting bank reconciliations AR collections and payment processor settlement reconciliation
- Drive financial accountability by designing KPIs reporting budget vs actuals and protecting margins as the business scales
- Lead and direct the accounting team by setting standards assigning work and maintaining a consistent execution cadence
