Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Mechatronics Engineering or related field preferred
- 5–10 years of controls engineering experience in industrial automation manufacturing packaging or material handling
- Hands-on experience with PLC and robotic automation systems including KUKA ABB FANUC or OMRON
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms including ControlLogix PLC-5 and SLC 500
- Experience with PanelView Plus HMIs and industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP AS-i PROFIBUS and PROFINET
- Experience with servo drive systems VFDs and motion control technologies
- Experience with Siemens STEP 7 and TIA Portal automation platforms
- Ability to travel to customer sites for startup and commissioning activities

Day to day
- Design and support industrial control systems for automated manufacturing and material handling equipment
- Program test and troubleshoot PLCs HMIs robotics servo systems and related automation equipment
