Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
- 5 to 10 years of experience designing and programming industrial control systems in automation or manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of PLC and HMI platforms and industrial communication networks
- Experience supporting systems through installation startup and troubleshooting
- Ability to work across multiple projects and site environments
- Clear communicator able to collaborate across engineering operations and project teams
- Flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities in response to strategic priorities and business needs

Day to day
- Design and program PLC and HMI control systems for conveyor systems and integrated packaging lines.
- Prepare control systems for startup by verifying layouts I/O wiring and network communications.
- Support field checkout startup troubleshooting and customer training to ensure reliable system performance.
- Collaborate with project management operations field service and OEM partners to deliver clean integrated solutions.
