Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Controls Engineering Automation Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Controls Engineering Automation Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within high-volume manufacturing
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLC HMI VFD servo systems sensors and industrial control systems
- Strong experience with root cause analysis equipment reliability and manufacturing support
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
- Experience working with CMMS and maintenance management systems
- Excellent problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Day to day
- Troubleshoot PLCs HMIs control systems and automated manufacturing equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Respond to equipment failures and provide technical leadership during unplanned downtime events.
- Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions preventive maintenance upgrades and continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
