Bachelor’s degree required, English, Journalism, Creative Writing, and Marketing, preferred
Must provide at least five examples of relevant work, available online
Stellar communication and written English skills, including good spelling and grammar
5+ years’ experience working for creative agency or in-house marketing/creative team
Skilled at developing copy concepts/content in a retail or marketing environment for multiple channels, including digital and print
Experience and/or knowledge of men’s apparel a plus
Consistent eye for detail
Proactive, fun and hardworking with a positive outlook
Creative problem solver who thrives on collaboration
Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously both in an office environment and our current remote work environment
What the job involves
Develop and deliver strategic, engaging copy for marketing campaigns, emails, website assets, and print collateral across multiple merchandise categories.
Partner with Marketing Planning, Creative Project Managers, and Design stakeholders to ensure messaging works in design and aligns with brand strategies.
Evolve brand voice, ensure consistency, follow guidelines, and employ effective messaging best practices.
