Day to day
- This role is under the Customer Experience team at a Fortune 20 Retailer with hundreds of locations in North America and a strong online presence.
- You will work with internal stakeholders and some external vendors to execute enhancements to FAQs on their website.
- Overall, you will enhance the accuracy of FAQs nationally to drive better customer experience from digital platforms.
