• 2+ years experience in a creative agency with digital ad copy
• Experience with social-first, performance campaigns
• Ability to bring original creative thinking to life in concepts, headlines, and copy across various clients and industries
• Write both emotional and functional/directional copy
• Collaborative team player with excellent written/verbal communication
• Aware of new and upcoming cultural trends
• Actively contribute to cross-functional teams to achieve brand goals
• Solid understanding of digital media and marketing industry

What the job involves

• Participate in brainstorming, concept development, and creative execution
• Develop original concepts and copy for a variety of mediums including banners, email campaigns, social media content, video scripts, web content
• Manage multiple projects and work independently
• Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
• Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control
• Develop concepts and copy for both brand-level and bottom-of-the-funnel initiatives
