Who you are

• Expertise in providing thorough and complete copyediting and proofreading of materials for grammatical and factual content and consistency with clients platforms
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively and meeting established goals and deadlines
• Responsible for protecting that all copy is compliant with regulatory and trademark requirements and provide final proof of text
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Prior healthcare experience
• Bachelors Degree (English or Journalism) strongly preferred
• Direct w-2 employment only – No 3rd Parties – Position not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or Transfer.

What the job involves

• Reviewing and editing a variety of marketing assets
• Checking for grammar, spelling errors, typos, inconsistencies, and spacing issues
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and trademark requirements
• Working with a cross-channel team of writers, designers, web designers, and multimedia designers
• Providing writing support and editorial review in a proofreading/copyediting capacity
