- Advertising agency knowledge and experience
- Ability to apply and uphold Brand Voice standards, ensure work is on-brand from ideation to execution
- Familiarity working with designers, brand strategists, and various teams to deliver results
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to pitch solutions
- Understanding company goals and presenting creative solutions to leadership
