Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications internal communications public relations or related experience
- Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies including change management communications
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to support internal and external communications including executive messaging employee communications and media materials
- Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of communication strategy audience segmentation message development and channel planning
- Experience managing communications across multiple channels
- Ability to adapt voice and tone to align with leadership styles and engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Experience using data insights and feedback to measure effectiveness
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
