Day to day
- Advise on physical services agreements including vehicle remarketing reconditioning storage and transport
- Draft and negotiate B2B digital services agreements for software development SaaS software licensing and data licensing
- Support sales enablement privacy compliance and contentious matters across European operations
- Respond to contract queries dispute negotiations escalated customer issues and procurement support where required
