- BigLaw training highly preferred startup or high-growth company experience is a plus
- Thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys working directly with non-legal stakeholders
- Skilled at balancing risk with deal velocity without losing sight of business goals
- Comfortable working closely with engineering and product teams
- Open to experimenting with emerging tech
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-lawyers
- Proven success in a fast-moving collaborative and high-accountability environment

Day to day
- Own the full lifecycle of sophisticated commercial agreements including MSAs SOWs SaaS vendor and partnership contracts
- Build and refine templates playbooks and legal infrastructure that help the business scale efficiently
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders customers product and engineering to negotiate deals solve issues and shape practical legal solutions
