- PQE guide 2-5 years
- In house and/or automotive industry experience preferred
- Excellent drafting and negotiation ability
- Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience of small claims litigation and/or auction law is advantageous but not essential

Day to day
- Advise on B2B physical services contracts including vehicle remarketing reconditioning storage and transport
- Draft and negotiate agreements for digital services including software development SaaS software licensing and data licensing
- Support sales enablement privacy compliance procurement and dispute resolution across a fast-paced European business
- Provide commercially focused legal advice on product terms intellectual property TUPE issues and litigation matters
