Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience in accounting aligned with this role
- Experience with mathematical concepts such as averages and/or variances
- Ability to research and resolve discrepancies or out of balance situations
- Proficiency in General Ledger structure and financial reporting.
- Ability to prepare quarterly and year-end work papers and provide audit support
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Day to day
- Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Lead external audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support organizational initiatives and decision-making
