  • 5-10 years of relevant corporate legal experience
  • In-house experience supporting commercial contracts and negotiations
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance issues
  • Experience with corporate governance and business transactions
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and contracts
  • Demonstrated practical business-oriented legal advice
  • Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills

Day to day

  • Serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior leadership on strategic initiatives, corporate transactions, and enterprise risk.
  • Provide practical legal counsel on commercial contracts, negotiations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and board matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements while supporting cross-functional business teams and managing external counsel as needed.
