Requirements
- Associate’s Bachelor’s or higher-level degree
- 3+ years of legal services experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Significant healthcare and/or commercial contract review experience
- Experience in United States healthcare regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of healthcare legal and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous time-sensitive projects
- Ability to manage privileged and confidential information
- Team-oriented collaborative approach to client service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Adobe and legal management systems/processes data and record keeping

Day to day
- Support the Legal Department across corporate regulatory transactional governance entity management contract review risk management claims litigation and related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assist clinical operational business corporate and executive teams in a fast-paced regulated healthcare environment.
- Manage multiple time-sensitive projects with strong attention to detail while handling privileged and confidential information.
