Requirements
- Associate's degree or certificate in paralegal studies from an accredited institution
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience preferably in construction or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction law contracts and dispute resolution processes
- Excellent research analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Day to day
- Provide comprehensive legal support to the legal team in construction-related matters
- Assist with drafting reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and related agreements
- Conduct legal research analyze regulations and help manage disputes claims and litigation
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and stakeholders and maintain organized legal files
