- UK qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate.
- 5 years+ PQE with solid general corporate law and private company M&A background.
- An interest in working in a variety of corporate areas.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
