What the job involves

• Work alongside accountancy partners and guide SME businesses with pragmatic and commercially-focused corporate legal advice
• Provide legal advice on corporate matters such as restructures, sales, acquisitions, and governance
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents including shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, loan agreements, and share purchase agreements
• Collaborate with clients and accountancy partners to develop tailored legal solutions and ensure high-quality client service
• Support in building out the department alongside Sumer’s Head of Legal
