Day to day
- Advise on complex corporate matters with a focus on technology transactions and AI-related law.
- Draft, negotiate, and review sophisticated legal documents with precision and commercial awareness.
- Work as a Partner level Consultant, managing client relationships and contributing to business development.
- Build and grow a sustainable client following in a flexible and modern consultancy environment.
