Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE.
Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house.
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients.

Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector.
Advise clients on technology-related legal matters, including IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, regulatory compliance.
Develop business and acquire clients within technology law.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build relationships.
