Who you are
- UK qualified solicitors' practicing certificate and 5+ years PQE
- Experience in technology transactions (law firm or in-house)
- Knowledge of IP laws, data protection regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act), and technology regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proactive client acquisition approach
What the job involves
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector.
- Advise clients on technology-related legal matters including IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop business and client relationships in the technology law realm.
