Who you are
- UK qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
- Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and technology-related regulations
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients
What the job involves
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector.
- Advise on matters such as IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop business and acquire clients in technology law.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
