UK qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
Knowledge of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and technology-related regulations
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients
What the job involves
Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector.
Advise on matters such as IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Develop business and acquire clients in technology law.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
