Who you are
- Must be a UK qualified lawyer with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and over 5 years of PQE.
- Experience in supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house setting is required.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws data protection regulations and relevant technology-related regulations needed.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial approach.

- Provide expert legal counsel and guidance in technology law.
- Manage business development and client acquisition within technology law.
- Advise clients on IP data privacy cybersecurity software licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships through close collaboration with clients.
