Who you are

  • Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
  • Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
  • Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proactive approach to generating a client pipeline

What the job involves

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector.
  • Develop business and client acquisition in technology law.
  • Advise on IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing & regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build relationships.
