Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation.
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong client following is not essential however a proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients is.
