Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients
What the job involves
Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector
Advise clients on technology-related legal matters including IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
