Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act and EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit

What the job involves
Provide legal counsel and guidance to technology sector clients
Responsible for business development and client acquisition within technology law
Advise clients on IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
