Who you are
- Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
- Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house corporation
- Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients

- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector
