- Valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
- Experience supporting technology transactions within a law firm or in-house
- Understanding of IP laws, data protection regulations, and technology laws
- Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proactive approach to generating clients, strong client following not essential
