Qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate and 5 years+ PQE
Experience supporting technology transactions in a law firm or in-house
Understanding of intellectual property laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act), and relevant technology-related regulations
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients
What the job involves
Provide legal counsel to clients in the technology sector. Handle legal matters related to IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance. Develop business and acquire clients within technology law.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
Contribute to reshaping legal services delivery through innovative practice.
