Who you are
- UK qualified Technology Lawyer with valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate
- 5 years+ PQE
- Experience in technology transactions within a law firm or in-house
- Understanding of IP laws, data protection regulations, and technology-related regulations
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients
What the job involves
- Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector.
- Business development and client acquisition within technology law.
- Advising on IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
