Who you are

  • UK qualified Technology Lawyer with valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate
  • 5 years+ PQE
  • Experience in technology transactions within a law firm or in-house
  • Understanding of IP laws, data protection regulations, and technology-related regulations
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proactive approach to generating a further pipeline of clients



What the job involves

  • Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients in the technology sector.
  • Business development and client acquisition within technology law.
  • Advising on IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, software licensing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
