Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in finance
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) in FI preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years in Accounting/Finance roles
• Experience in Manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of Healthcare Industry dynamics
• In-depth understanding of Cost Accounting
• Variance Analysis

Desirables

• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems

What the job involves

• Product costing, standard cost updates, analysis on cost variance and preparation of costing reports
• Identify root-cause of cost deviations and drive applicable corrective actions via digital solutions.
• Analyzes and attributes variable and fixed cost portion to the respective cost accounts. Conducts variable costs and fixed costs analysis.
• Ensures the accuracy of plant product cost criteria (i.e. material, labor, factory overhead, etc).
• Guides technical partners in commercial and financial matters.
• Maintains annual standard calculations schemes for machine usage, material, labor, and overhead, and provides cost calculation base for product pricing.
• Supporting continuous opportunity creation to reduce product cost and to improve the overall COS cost structure.
• Support and drive productivity within the location.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support AMS FI director, Plant Head.
