Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) in FI preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Accounting/Finance roles
- Experience in Manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of Healthcare Industry dynamics
- In-depth understanding of Cost Accounting
- Variance Analysis
- Financial Reporting
- Strong analytical ability
- Integrity
- Ability to transition from non-digital to digital solutions
- Financial planning experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Experience with BI tools like QlikView, Jedox, Power BI
Day to day
- Product costing, standard cost updates, analysis on cost variance and preparation of costing reports
- Identify root-cause of cost deviations and drive applicable corrective actions via digital solutions.
- Analyzes and attributes variable and fixed cost portion to the respective cost accounts. Conducts variable costs and fixed costs analysis.
- Ensures the accuracy of plant product cost criteria (i.e. material, labor, factory overhead, etc).
- Guides technical partners in commercial and financial matters.
- Maintains annual standard calculations schemes for machine usage, material, labor, and overhead, and provides cost calculation base for product pricing.
- Supporting continuous opportunity creation to reduce product cost and to improve the overall COS cost structure.
- Support and drive productivity within the location.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support AMS FI director, Plant Head.
