• 3 to 5 years of experience providing litigation and regulatory support to technology companies at a well-regarded law firm and/or a corporate legal department.
• Federal judicial clerkship preferred.

What the job involves

• Manage and resolve day-to-day pre-litigation and litigation matters, including consumer or commercial matters, IP disputes, and employment-related issues.
• Help develop and oversee litigation strategy and resolution in complex litigation matters, including working with outside counsel.
• Provide legal guidance on risk-related strategy, compliance matters and manage internal investigations.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and evolving industry standards and translate them into actionable guidance.
• Evaluate proposed product initiatives to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies for products across multiple jurisdictions.
