Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law by the bar of at least one state
- 3+ years of experience in a multi-client law firm health insurer hospital or similar organization
- Strong knowledge of healthcare law
- Litigation experience required
- Experience with HIPAA health information management or privacy law preferred
- Strong interpersonal writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and work independently and as part of a team

Day to day
- Provide legal support and advice on a wide variety of regulatory and litigation matters for MRO Corporation and its subsidiaries.
- Interpret laws regulations and regulatory developments affecting the healthcare industry and privacy.
- Manage litigation matters coordinate with outside counsel track case strategy and support discovery and document preservation.
