Day to day
- Manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters from instruction through to completion
- Handle day-to-day Deputyship work including Property and Financial Affairs Deputyship cases
- Prepare Court of Protection applications and supporting documents with accuracy and care
- Liaise professionally with clients families local authorities medical professionals and third parties
- Deliver exceptional client care while working efficiently with minimal supervision
