  • Experience as a Fee Earner or Paralegal in Court of Protection or Private Client work

Day to day

  • Manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handle day-to-day Deputyship work including Property and Financial Affairs Deputyship cases
  • Prepare Court of Protection applications and supporting documents with accuracy and care
  • Liaise professionally with clients families local authorities medical professionals and third parties
  • Deliver exceptional client care while working efficiently with minimal supervision
