Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in paid social performance marketing
- 2-3 years of experience in ad creative development
- Strong proficiency in performance data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from datasets and translate them into new creative experiments
Nice to have
- Any degree in a STEM field
- Experience in D2C performance marketing
Day to day
- Design, create, and test high-converting paid social ad creatives on Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Reddit that capture attention, drive engagement, and convert viewers into Scribe users
- Lead and manage the entire creative process for paid social ads, from initial concept development and production to testing and evaluation
- Analyze performance metrics such as CPM and CPA to continuously optimize paid social ad campaigns and ensure they meet or exceed targets
- Design and conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and refine paid social ad creative based on data-driven results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid social ad creative and paid social, applying the latest insights to Scribe’s campaigns
- Experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and creative approaches to push the boundaries of what’s possible in paid social advertising
- Challenge conventional best practices, bringing bold and innovative ideas to the table and backing them up with data-driven strategies
