Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant experience within a production role at an agency, brand or property
  • Fully remote
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not necessary depending on experience
  • Knowledge of current events, gaming culture, video and web content
  • Detail-oriented, calm-under-pressure, problem-solving approach
  • Ability to think strategically and activate creatively
  • A proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of production for multiple platforms, with technical knowledge of production timelines
  • Experience negotiating with production partners and managing budgets
  • Identifying unique opportunities to leverage content, creative and technology to drive innovation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to support a global team
  • Knowledge and experience in experiential and live events to coordinate execution, budgets, and timelines between internal integrated marketing team and third-party vendors

Day to day

  • Lead execution of content initiatives within the Integrated Marketing team
  • Collaborate cross-department with various stakeholders to develop assets, content, and activations
  • Streamline the flow of information between client account teams and production partners, managing timelines and expectations
