Integrative Healthcare for Every Journey.

Abuelita's Wellbeing is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in East London and North London, offering holistic therapies that support both physical and mental health. From Massage and Craniosacral Therapy to Nutrition, Pilates, and Yoga, to Ergonomic Assessments, our experienced team offers personalised care for individuals and tailored wellbeing services for businesses.

What sets us apart is not just our approach, it’s our people. Our practitioners bring lived experience of navigating physical and mental health challenges, which makes our care deeply empathetic, grounded, and real. We know how much of a difference the right support can make, and we aim to offer that support with dignity, respect, and compassion.

We work with companies to provide staff wellbeing programmes that go beyond quick fixes, offering regular in-studio treatments or office-based visits to reduce stress, improve focus, and boost morale. Whether it’s a one-off Wellbeing Day or an ongoing package, our services help you take care of your team while aligning with your CSR goals.

What makes us different? Every booking with us directly supports our wider mission. We reinvest profits into providing free or low-cost holistic care for vulnerable groups facing economic and social hardship. Your investment in wellbeing helps build a more compassionate, equitable world. This year our support goes to MamaSuze CIC - on a mission to enhance the lives of survivors of forced displacement and gender based violence.

We’re not just another wellbeing studio, we’re a social enterprise committed to change.

Whether you're a business investing in your team or an individual looking after your own wellbeing, your time with us helps someone else feel safe, supported, and seen.
