  • Portfolio of paid social creative concepted and briefed across video and static
  • Fluency in creative intelligence tools such as Foreplay or Motion
  • Experience sourcing briefing and managing freelance UGC creators
  • Comfortable in Figma Canva and CapCut for reference building
  • Able to read Meta Ads Manager performance data at ad and ad set level
  • Working understanding of buyer psychology and what drives conversion
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable presenting concepts and rationale to clients

Day to day
