Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Required
- 1-5 years of experience in a creative role at an e-commerce company or e-commerce-focused agency
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate preferred
- Experience creating performance-driven ads for Facebook TikTok and Youtube
- Can-do attitude and comfort with startup uncertainty

Day to day
- Ideate and write conversion-driven scripts and briefs for new ads
- Storyboard fresh creative concepts using Figma ForePlay Notion and similar tools
- Create premium UGC ads for Meta TikTok YouTube and other platforms
- Coordinate with internal and external production partners to deliver video gif and other ad formats
- Organize UGC shoots and source new creators who produce high-quality ad content
- Build quarterly creative roadmaps and analyze performance data to drive stronger iterations
